Check-in / Check-out
Your room will be available from 1:00 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00 am.
Pets
Your four-legged friends are more than welcome! A daily supplement of €15.00 per pet applies (food not included). Please bring a pet bed or blanket, as dogs are not allowed on the beds.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night and is charged on-site for all guests aged 14 and over.
Parking
Free parking is available on the premises.
Smoking
In accordance with Italian law, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel, including in the rooms. Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.
Shuttle service
We are happy to pick you up free of charge from the bus stop in Jenesien/San Genesio.
Payment conditions
The full amount is payable directly on-site. No credit card is required to make a booking. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or no-show, the cancellation policy below applies.
Cancellation policy
Up to 30 days before arrival: no charge. From 30 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed daily rate per booked night. From 10 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed daily rate per booked night. From 2 days up to the arrival date: 100% of the agreed daily rate per booked night. In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the amount for the booked nights not used.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Getting here
By car — from the north Take the Brenner Motorway (A22), exit Bolzano Nord. Drive through the Rencio district towards the city centre. Before the Renon cable car, turn right and follow the signs for San Genesio/Jenesien. At the San Genesio sports area, turn left into via Salto. After about 1 km you will reach our hotel.
By car — from the south Take the Brenner Motorway (A22), exit Bolzano Sud. Follow the signs for San Genesio/Jenesien as far as the sports area. Turn left into via Salto — after about 1 km you will find us.
To avoid long detours and unpaved roads, we strongly recommend using this link to reach us quickly and easily: Google Maps
By bus and train By train, reach Bolzano/Bozen station, from where several buses run to San Genesio/Jenesien. Once you arrive, we will be happy to pick you up free of charge with our shuttle from the bus stop.
